It reminded me of Maxfield Parrish's painting, The Lantern Bearers. Since there is only one figure in this painting, I titled it a single lantern bearer.
An abstract painting with a mind of its own. I began on the floor and quickly put it on the wall to paint. The yellow parts are what I painted on the floor. They dictated how the painting would take shape.
